Recently Awarded Projects

Memorial Healthcare System

Miller Legg has worked with Memorial Healthcare System for over 15 years, and has successfully completed over two dozen diverse projects. We now have eight (8) ongoing projects, including the new and uniquely designed Parking Garage at Memorial Regional Hospital, and the Memorial Hospital West Graduate Medical Education Building.

  • Memorial Regional Hospital Parking Garage Design/Build –  Miller Legg is providing site development design services for a new 7-story parking garage located at Johnson Street and Garfield Street and the associated off-site roadway improvements on the Memorial Regional Hospital campus in Hollywood. Miller Legg is a subconsultant to Zyscovich Architects and is on the design/build team with Stiles/Thornton.
  • Memorial Hospital West Graduate Medical Education Building – This Graduate Medical Education building is a new 30,000 SF 2-story medical education facility that incorporates teaching facilities and associated support services for graduate medical residents.  The new facility is integrated into the east patient tower of the Hospital and will provide enhanced entry and dining facilities in addition to resident and educational facilities. The topographic survey and campus utility infrastructure was mapped and coordinated with the owner and the Harvard Jolly architectural design team for this expansion project and the enabling infrastructure improvements for this Pembroke Pines campus project.

Red Reef Park’s Gumbo Limbo Nature Center Boardwalk

Following up from our update to the Red Reef Park Master Plan for the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District, last year, Miller Legg will continue the design process, this time addressing the Park’s Boardwalk. Miller Legg is managing a team providing design and construction administration services for the replacement and rehabilitation of a boardwalk and observation tower within an ecologically sensitive area,  including coastal scrub, hardwood forest and mangrove wetlands.  The Park’s Boardwalk improvements include safety improvements for replacement of deteriorated structures and ADA compliance as well.
