Senior Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect:
Must have FL RLA and proven experience producing landscape / streetscape design projects including FDOT projects. Candidate shall be self-motivated and demonstrate abilities in graphic design. Experience in Microstation, AutoCAD required. Photoshop, Illustrator and LandFX etc. a plus. Candidate will be required to produce and manage design projects. Position will lead project teams and assume technical responsibility for preparation of plans, reports and specifications. Specific knowledge of FDOT District 4 or District 6 landscape processes is preferred. Valid Driver’s License and 5 years experience required.

Looking for a candidate with local experience including prior direct communication with clients and agencies. Under the supervision of the Project Surveyor, complete drawings and reports by interpreting survey field notes and processing raw survey field data using computer aided drafting programs (Microstation, AutoCAD, Geopak.)
Perform various computations, including boundary / plat reconstruction, alignment calculations, closure, and precision using least squares adjustments.
Prepare drawings, legal descriptions, and exhibits for boundary surveys, right of way acquisition, easements, and plats.
Compile land title information from plan and title searches.
Assist Field Crew Supervisor and Project Surveyors in preparing survey projects for the field.
Plan and process static GPS control surveys.
Training and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) preferred
Minimum four years progressive experience in surveying and mapping required
Knowledge of the Public Lands Survey System and state boundary and legal principles required
Software requirements:
