City of Miami Design / Build Moore Park
This design/build project involved the renovation of a portion of the existing Moore Park which included a new LEED Gold community center building and daycare building, new basketball courts, a new park green area with pavilions and the associated pathway and parking/driveway areas. The site is located at the northeast corner of NW 10th Avenue and NW 36th Street in the City of Miami. Services provided by Miller Legg included civil engineering design (including stormwater drainage and  sanitary sewer system  design) , regulatory agency permitting and construction administration services. Miller Legg was a subconsultant to Leo A. Daly.

The project achieved LEED Gold Certification – United States Green Building Council, 2014.                LEED Gold
