Miller Legg International has been St. Maarten Harbour Holding Company’s primary consultant for the design of the St. Maarten Cruise Port project in Philipsburg for over ten years. As a key governmental facility, the project provided a mainstay for the island economy. A range of 2,000 to 14,000 tourists arrive daily on cruise ships.
The facility is one of the top rated ports in the Caribbean, based upon user surveys taken from cruise lines. The arrival facility is the 3rd largest in the world for cruise passenger arrivals.
The facility is designed to handle cruise lines such as Disney Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruises, with on-shore entertainment, shops, administrative offices and restrooms.

The City of Miami Morningside Park created an expanded and improved tennis facility at this 42-acre Park. The project included improvements to an existing seven (7) courts that had experienced degradation due to drainage and soil stabilization issues. A new court layout was developed to increase the facility to eight (8) lighted courts and a warm-up training wall amenity. Other tennis improvements included upgraded lighting, fencing ad shaded bench area.
