PEMBROKE PINES, FL – Mark Clark, MS, CEP, Senior Biologist at Miller Legg, a multi-disciplined consulting firm based in Florida, was a speaker at the Florida Local Environmental Resource Agencies (FLERA) annual conference held July 29 – 31 at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota. This year’s theme was Sustainability & Local Government – Roles, Responsibilities & Opportunities. Mark Clark, CEP, Senior Biologist in the firm’s South Florida Office, spoke on “Environmental Stewardship Plans: A Practical Application”. Clark has been a speaker at numerous other conferences including the Florida Chamber’s Environmental Permitting Summer School, and the Florida Educational Facilities Planners Association (FEFPA).
