PEMBROKE PINES, Florida – Miller Legg, a multi-disciplined consulting firm based in Florida, recently won an Award of Merit for design of the Pelican Community Park in the City of Sunny Isles Beach by the Florida Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (FLASLA). The Award was presented to the firm at the Awards Ceremony on July 24th, during the FLASLA Annual Conference held at the Sanibel Harbour Resort. The FLASLA Design Awards received 70 submittals this year and selected 19 projects as award winners. George Botner, RLA, Regional Manager of Landscape Architecture, received the award (attached photo). Ronald Rollins, RLA, was the Project Manager responsible for the award-winning design of the Park.
