WINTER PARK, FL -- Miller Legg, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm based in Florida, recently began a Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) for the Central Florida Regional Planning Council involving the Avon Park Air Force Range. The project includes comprehensive analysis of existing and proposed development as it relates to potential conflicts with the military training missions on and around the base. Miller Legg has teamed with Tetra Tech on this project.
