Al Khobar Luxury Residence
Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
Sharing the same site as the Al Khobar resort complex, this housing compound for expatriates and long-term visitors to the City was designed as a high density living and recreational environment within a self-contained, secure community.
Three five-story housing towers maximize residents' view of the Persian Gulf. The master plan includes a free-form pool, playground, marina, parking roadways, and extensive landscaping.
Architectural design was provided by HHCP International.
