Indigo Bay Resort
Phillipsburg, St. Maarten
Located on 150 acres of undeveloped hillside on the Dutchside of St. Maarten in the Netherlands Antilles, is the new Resort and Residential Village, Indigo Bay. The centerpiece of the new village will be a hotel and beach club. Indigo Bay is designed to take advantage of the descending contours and spectacular ocean view. This project is a mixed-use residential/resort community. Miller Legg is providing master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture.
