Jeddah Creek Housing Compound

A master plan was developed to create a luxurious, highend housing compound for expatriates living and working in Saudi Arabia. The facility's main requirement was that it provide a housing and living environment in a high security, self-contained village complete with all necessary services and amenities.
Located along Jeddah Creek and adjacent to the Red Sea, the residential component consisted of spacious one, two, and three-bedroom units in a richly-landscaped garden setting. Recreational amenities included tennis, basketball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and watercraft sports on Jeddah Creek. The Compound included a large community center offering two dining options, exercise facilities, shopping, and daycare.
