New Cairo Development Design

Miller Legg and the project team, including Scott Partnership Architecture prepared a design presentation in a competition sponsored by the government for the development of two of four tracts of land within the New Cairo Development. The property owner is the Government of Cairo.
The project will have the following components:

- low-rise office "boutique" buildings
- museums
- performing arts center
- sports arena
- golf course
- retail mall
- hotel
