As part of the comprehensive urban design and architectural guideline renaissance of Dutch St. Maarten, Diamond Plaza is a new themed entertainment district for downtown Philipsburg. The project features a new cruise ship passenger loading dock, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, and parking garage.
