La Hacienda Resort - Egypt
Sinai Penninsula, Egypt
Kemet International of Cairo, Egypt, required preparation of a master plan for a proposed 400-key hotel/time share property located in the Sinai Penninsula, on the east bank of the Red Sea. The design team also assisted in the redesign of the existing mixed-use residential, tourist attraction and commercial property known as the La Hacienda Resort.
Other services also included selection of an architectural and economic feasibility consultant, programming and site analysis. Architects assisting the team were HHCP International, and ERA provided economic feasibility services.
Architectural design was provided by HHCP International.
