Lake Mary Community Park
Lake Mary, Florida
Miller Legg prepared the design and construction documents for a "vest pocket" park in the Lake Mary Townhome community. The park program included: parking and roadway access, concrete walkways, playground with ADA surfacing, a shade shelter, site furnishings, and landscape and irrigation design.
Miller Legg prepared plans, met with City officials to be sure the plans conformed to their standards, applied for and received City permits, and observed construction of the facility.
