Landmark at the Gardens

The 166-unit Landmark at the Gardens is a residential condominium that is part of the "Downtown at the Gardens" mixed-use development located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The three residential towers sit atop the retail section of the 60-acre campus, adding 20 stories to the height of the complex.
Miller Legg is providing surveying services for layout and construction of the buildings and infrastructure. Technical challenges of this project are introduced by the height and configuration of the towers. This requires a creative approach to establishing precise control and elevations for each floor of the high-rise towers.
