Legacy Park - Northland
Casselberry, Florida
Located in Casselberry, Florida, Legacy Park is a 144-acre mixed-use development including single-family residences, townhomes, apartments, a town center, passive lakefront park, and a 44-acre church campus.
The church campus includes worship and educational facilities as well as a 17-acre active recreation park that includes baseball, softball, and multi-sport fields; tennis and basketball courts; and an indoor gymnasium. The lakefront park surrounds a 15-acre lake and provides pedestrian connection between residential, church, recreational, and commercial uses within the development.
This project required full master site planning for the entire project and landscape architectural design services. In addition, full design guidelines were developed to be adopted as part of a redevelopment overlay district.
