Miramar Park of Commerce

Miller Legg has provided a wide range of consulting services since 1993 at the Miramar Park of Commerce, a 600-acre industrial park at Palm Avenue and Miramar Parkway in Miramar.
These projects consisted of several park phases of up to 80 acres and 15 individual parcels throughout the park ranging in size from 2-6 acres.
For an existing water system within Phase 1 of Miramar Park of Commerce, Miller Legg prepared models to determine the capacity of the system in order to provide service to the existing buildings based on new tenant center demands. Services also included obtaining and coordinating fire flow tests with the City of Miramar, modeling of the existing system, and creation of a summary report of the results. The water distribution model involved four scenarios.
In addition, some specific tracts and parcels include:
- Tract 4 - Three parcels approximately 9-acres each in size. Services provided included: complete engineering design and permitting and construction services
- Parcels 9 & 10 - Services provided included: complete engineering design and permitting and construction services.
