Miramar Parkway Revitalization
Miramar, Florida
The Miller Legg design for the Miramar Parkway corridor adjacent to US 441 creates a city gateway and facilitates the revitalization of its commercial usage. Encouragement of additional and safe pedestrian traffic for commercial usage was key to this revitalization project. In addition, the use of access management by creating shared parking areas, rather than on-street parking, was implemented to improve the aesthetics of the corridor and both pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
