North Point Park of Commerce
Lake Mary, Florida
North Point Park of Commerce is a mixed-use, 133-acre project in Lake Mary, Florida, at the intersection of I-4 and Lake Mary Boulevard. Shell Oil Company developed North Point to attract high quality office, industrial, hotel and commercial users.
Key elements of the project include three man-made lakes, extensive landscaping and award-winning entryways. The project was the first in the area to re-claim approximately 60,000 gallons per day of spray effluent for roadway medians and common areas from Seminole County's Greenwood Lakes Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Master planning, landscape architecture and permitting services were provided. Also, the North Point Design Criteria Manual was prepared to guide the design of all sites that are developed within the project. The manual provides guidelines for tract entrance points, buffers, parking requirements, signage, lighting, and landscaping.
