Panther Island Mitigation Bank is a 2,778-acre mitigation bank site in Collier County, Florida. Miller Legg has assisted in the preparation of site wetland evaluations and in the preparation of the mitigation banking instrument prepared for and submitted to the joint state and federal mitigation bank review team. Also, Miller Legg has assisted with the permitting of the project through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and other appropriate agencies.
