Rosemont Community Park

Rosemont Community Park is a 12-acre community park located in the City of Orlando. Project elements include 5,000-SF community center, community pool, multi-use play field, one tennis court with expansion capabilities, two basketball courts, large children's playground, 3,000-LF of pedestrian pathways and exercise trails, lakefront gazebo and picnic pavilions, restroom facilities, parking facilities, landscaping, irrigation and a complete stormwater management pond system for the project.
All master planning services for the project were provided. In addition, the design team coordinated and facilitated several community/neighborhood design charrette meetings to solicit input on the Park's design. Scope of services also included landscape architectural design, and complete consultant team coordination and management.
