Royal Palm Resort
Curacao, Netherlands Antilles
The design team was commissioned by AOB Architects of Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, to develop a master site plan and conceptual landscape plan for this luxury apartment/condo resort project. The project is designed to appeal to the growing tourist market in Curacao, as well as attract business travelers who spend several weeks at a time on the island.
This project is the first large-scale planned condominium development on the island. The units are situated in a low-density residential community setting. The site is located one block off the Caribbean Sea, the World Trade Center Curacao, and all units have a view of the beach and ocean.
