South Monroe Sector Plan

The design team's task for the South Monroe Sector Plan was to define a potential vision for the physical "look" and function of the area.
The design team members held charrettes for the community and produced graphic representations reflecting the community's vision.
The final report included urban design concepts that provided an embraceable target for future development and redevelopment review efforts.
