Spencer Drive Improvements

to Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard is located within the City of

(year 2008), future (year 2030) traffic volumes, and the
ability of the roadway to hold these volumes as a three-lane

management recommendations, traffic modeling, simulation
and signal operations analysis.
