Sunny Isles Beach Active Park
Sunny Isles Beach, Florida
A 2.5-acre active park site soon to become the premier
recreational park for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Miller
Legg provided full design services for the city orchestrating
park planning, landscape architecture, irrigation, engineering,
surveying and architectural design services on a limited site.
Amenities of the park include the following:
- baseball field
- recreation building and gym with a multipurpose court
- playground area and structure
- other unique site and architectural features
The project management team at Miller Legg received
recognition from the city for their involvement in the design
completion of the Park. The project is currently under
construction, and Miller Legg is providing construction
administration services to the city.
