Traditions Golf Course Survey
Royal Palm Beach, Florida
The Village of Royal Palm Beach acquired this 175-acre property from a private land owner with the intent of creating a village center campus, incorporating active/passive parks and a civic center.
Miller Legg performed overall boundary and topographic surveys for the property. Lake boundaries were also located, and soundings were used to determine lake depths. From the topographic surveys, Miller Legg developed a digital terrain model which was used for earthwork calculations by the Village's Engineering Department.
Environmental services provided for the property included a Phase I Environmental Assessment, as well as a wetland delineation survey.
