The design team was commissioned by St. Johns County to provide master planning, landscape architecture, and engineering services for the redevelopment of the Vilano Beach Town Center located in St. Johns County, Florida. As part of the landscape architecture and master planning services, the streetscape master plan is being developed to include landscape, hardscape, and sign features for both the street and adjacent outdoor pedestrian spaces. Engineering services include permitting of the beach and river pavilions with construction scheduled to begin within the year.
