Dylan Larson, SPWS, CEP, GTA (Principal, VP & COO) of Miller Legg, was a guest speaker at the 37th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School Conference on July 20, 2023.

As a panelist for more than a decade, Dylan spoke this year for the Session: NNN Successful Applications of Imperiled Species Management Practices, on the subject of Florida burrowing owl updates and imperiled beach nesting birds. 

The annual conference is hosted by the Florida Environmental Network, Inc., for the Florida Chamber Foundation.
