Miller Legg is proud of our 18-year history collaborating with Florida International University (FIU) and honored to have attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Sunblazer Hall—the next major project at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus—helping to shape the future of FIU. As we attended the ceremony, we felt especially fortunate to see the lasting impact of projects we’ve contributed to across the campus.

Sunblazer Hall represents a major milestone for the future of campus student living. The 17-story building will provide a dynamic environment where students can thrive both academically and socially.
