Miller Legg’s recreation planning team headed to Orlando for the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) 2025 Annual Conference on September 16-18.
Our Team was represented by Michael Kroll, RLA, FASLA, President, Jack Kardys, MS, Senior Recreational Planner, and Liudmila Fuentes, MLA, Recreation Planner.
At the conference, Orlando was buzzing with energy, and our team was right in the middle of it! Miller Legg’s team were excited to connect with hundreds of fellow Recreation and Parks professionals from across the country to share ideas, explore innovations in recreational design, and experience the transformative role parks and play have in building thriving communities together.
They climbed, swung, spun, and slid their way through the interactive exhibits, proving that the best way to understand play is to join in! From creative programming ideas to new ways to design inclusive spaces, Lumy and Jack came home inspired and energized, reaffirming the firm’s commitment to designing spaces that connect people, nature, and play.
From meaningful conversations to unforgettable memories, this year’s NRPA Conference proved once again that when park and rec pros come together, the results are nothing short of inspiring and fun.
We were glad to ‘play’ with you at NRPA!
