We were honored to have attended the Groundbreaking ceremony for Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBAU)’s new 25-story residence hall, which is the largest project in the university’s history.

This visionary facility will provide nearly 1,000 students with modern living spaces, expansive dining and wellness amenities, and a multi-level parking garage, all in the heart of West Palm Beach.

Miller Legg is proud to be the landscape architect on the Gilbane design/build team. Alongside, Gilbane and architects CUBE 3 we look forward to bringing this vision to a reality and reinforcing PBAU’s commitment to building community and supporting student success.
